If you use one of our services, we usually only collect the data necessary to provide our service to you. We may ask you for more information, which is voluntary in nature. Whenever we process personal data, we do so to provide you with our service or to pursue our commercial goals.

Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps to display maps and create directions how to find us.

Google Maps is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

By using Google Maps on this website, you consent to the collection, processing and use by Google, one of its agents, or third party-providers of the data collected automatically and entered by you.

Twitter Referral components

We use components of the provider Twitter on our website. Twitter is a service of Twitter Inc., 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.

Each time you visit our website, which has such a component, this component causes the browser you are using to download a corresponding representation of the component of Twitter. Through this process, Twitter is informed which specific page of our website is currently being visited.

We have no control over the data Twitter collects in this way or the extent of the information collected through Twitter. To the best of our knowledge, Twitter collects the URL of the respective website and the user’s IP address, but it is not used for purposes other than the presentation of the Twitter component. Further information can be found in the data protection policy of Twitter at http://twitter.com/privacy. In addition, our Twitter account uses the Twitter service “Twitter-Syndication” to integrate Twitter messages from our Twitter account. By loading that page, the browser might possibly send personal data such as the IP address or whole cookies to the social services.

You can change your data protection settings in the account settings under http://twitter.com/account/settings.

Twitter Plugins (Twitter button)

Our website uses so-called social plugins (‘plugins’) of the Twitter microblogging service operated by Twitter Inc., 1355 Market St, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA (‘Twitter’).  The plugins are marked with a Twitter logo, for example in the form of a blue ‘Twitter bird’. An overview of the Twitter plugins and their appearance can be found here: https://twitter.com/about/resources/buttons
If you visit a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser connects directly to the servers of Twitter. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Twitter directly to your browser and integrated into the page. The integration provides Twitter with the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a profile on Twitter or are currently not logged in to Twitter. This information (including your IP address) is sent from your browser directly to a Twitter server in the United States and stored there.
If you are logged in to Twitter, Twitter can immediately assign your visit to our website to your Twitter account. If you interact with the plugins, for example, press the ‘Tweet’ button, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a Twitter server and stored there. The information will also be posted on your Twitter account where it will be  displayed to your contacts.
For the purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Twitter as well as your related rights and settings options for the protection of your privacy, please refer to the data protection policy of Twitter: https://twitter.com/privacy
If you do not want Twitter to directly link the data collected via our website to your Twitter account, you must log out of Twitter before visiting our website. You can also completely prevent the loading of the Twitter plug-ins with add-ons for your browser, e.g. with the script blocker ‘NoScript’ (http://noscript.net/).

We have taken technical and administrative security measures to protect your personal data against loss, destruction, manipulation and unauthorized access. All our employees as well as service providers working for us are obligated to comply with the valid data protection laws.

Whenever we collect and process personal information, it will be encrypted before being transferred. This means that your data cannot be misused by third parties. Our security arrangements are subject to a constant process of improvement and our data protection policy is constantly being revised. Please make sure you have the latest version.
